We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible! However, please note that deliveries may be delayed during busy holiday periods such as Bank Holidays and Christmas. Our trusted courier is Royal Mail. Please allow 3-5 business days.

Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes an item might not be quite right! Below is our online returns policy. 

All products can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
✔ Items must be in original condition
✔ Free from makeup, stains, or perfume
✔ Unworn & unwashed with tags still attached

If an item is returned outside of our policy, we reserve the right to decline a refund. In such cases, we may return the item to you at your expense, and we’ll notify you of any applicable shipping charges.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Faulty Items

We’re sorry if you’ve received a faulty item! Please return it within 14 days, following the instructions above. 

✔ The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached.
❌ We cannot accept faulty returns for items that have already been worn or washed.

Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
